Discover how we turned an unused loft into a stunning new bedroom and lounge area for one of our clients on the Wates Estate. By carefully planning the layout and maximising every inch of space, we created a cosy yet modern retreat that perfectly suited their lifestyle. The transformation included bespoke storage solutions, and a design that captures both functionality and style. To maximise natural light, we installed two large skylights and a glass flooring panel into the design, allowing natural light to seamlessly filter through to the middle floor. This smart addition not only enhances the brightness of the space but also creates an open and connected atmosphere throughout the home. By blending functionality with modern aesthetics, the glass flooring transformed the interiors into a brighter and more inviting environment.

Transforming Spaces: A Stunning Downstairs Renovation
Our client's home originally featured a small, closed-off entrance hall, with the downstairs area divided into three separate rooms, with the kitchen in the central area and a small toilet under the stairs in the living room. To create a brighter and more open living space, we completely reimagined the layout. The entire downstairs was opened up to enhance the sense of space and flow. Two large skylights were installed, flooding the area with natural light and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, we added a modern wet room at the rear of the downstairs layout, ensuring both functionality and style. We installed a high-end Beckermann kitchen featuring a spacious central island that serves as the perfect focal point for cooking, dining, and entertaining. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a seamless and elegant space, where cutting-edge technology meets timeless design. The result is a beautifully transformed contemporary space with an inviting feel.
